
Refund and Returns Policy for CameraLevo

At CameraLevo, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return process. Please read through our policy to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Products that are damaged or have been used will not be eligible for a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations or manufacturer restrictions. These include:
- Opened software, memory cards, or other media products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@cameralevo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you have received the RMA number, carefully package the product and return it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Proof of Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipment.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item was purchased with free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may be applied, particularly for opened or non-defective items.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please follow the return process as outlined above. Once the returned item is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
- Return the Item: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the defective or damaged product back to us.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will either send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@cameralevo.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to be returned according to our standard return policy.
7. International Returns
We currently only accept returns from U.S. customers. If you are an international customer, please be aware that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.
