Currently, CameraLevo ships to U.S. domestic addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we may expand our shipping options in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping methods and associated costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, product weight, and selected delivery speed. Available options typically include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery on the next business day (orders placed before 12 PM).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:

7. Signature Requirement

For high-value items, CameraLevo may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that the package is received by the intended recipient. If a signature is required, the shipping carrier will leave a notice for you to schedule a delivery attempt or pick up your package at a local facility.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases where a package is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim and either reshipping the item or issuing a refund (subject to the circumstances).

Currently, CameraLevo allows only single-shipment orders. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.

11. Special Shipping Considerations

  • Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We may not be able to deliver to all P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Please check with us directly if you need further assistance in these cases.
